BRISTOL, Va. — On Tuesday, May 15, representatives of the Bristol Redevelopment and Housing Authority (BRHA) will host a news conference to celebrate the completion of BRHA’s newest housing complex, The Village at Oakview.
The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m., with brief remarks offered by BRHA representatives including Lisa Porter, executive director and CEO, Jerry Chorosevic, chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Beth Rhinehart, president and CEO of the Bristol Chamber of Commerce, and Lisa Cofer, executive director of the United Way of Bristol.
A ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of an open unit will follow.
The Village at Oakview is located at 421 Oakview Avenue in Bristol, Virginia. The conference will take place outside in the central parking area. Parking is available on site and refreshments will be offered.
