BRISTOL, Tenn.—Ann Marie French has been named project manager for The Corporate Image (TCI), an integrated communications firm headquartered in Bristol, Tenn.
French most recently served as research analyst with IW Financial in Johnson City, Tenn. She has eight years’ experience as a freelance writer and reporter for a variety of news publications. Her experience also includes serving as editor of a weekly newspaper.
As project manager at TCI, French’s responsibilities include executing client projects that involve research, writing and media relations. She will develop news releases, feature stories and media pitches, in addition to planning news conferences and other events.
“With her background in writing, editing and media relations, Ann Marie has a solid understanding of our clients’ needs and the services we provide,” says Robbie Phillips, vice president of The Corporate Image. “Our clients will appreciate her expertise and professionalism in managing a variety of assignments.”
A native of West Chesterfield, N.H., French spent 12 years in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., prior to her relocation to Tennessee. She holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H., and is currently completing graduate work toward a master’s degree in journalism and mass communications at Kent State University, Kent, Ohio.

French resides in Johnson City, Tenn., with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters.
