Smith joined Corporate Marketing in 2019 with nearly 17 years of media experience, serving as an editor, reporter, social media manager and photographer. He is responsible for the development and optimization of online and social media content, and for increasing client visibility through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). He studied mass communications with an emphasis in journalism at East Tennessee State University, and prior to joining Corporate Marketing, served in multiple roles at the Kingsport Times-News and Washington County News.
