BRISTOL, Va. (April 26, 2023) – Nashville residents Aerial Nicole, Frazier Simmons, Brandi MacLaren and Michael Waggett are featured in a new promotional television spot for ‘Bristol Casino – Future Home of Hard Rock.’
Produced in February 2023, the 30-second commercial features actors and actresses from Talent Trek Agency playing fan-favorite table games such as Blackjack, Craps and Roulette, along with trying their luck on just a few of the 890 slot machines the casino has to offer.
Viewers also get a firsthand glimpse of the casino’s restaurants and shops, as scenes throughout the commercial showcase Mr. Lucky’s, Bristol Casino’s gift shop, and Bristol Bar — a sports bar and lounge with a live entertainment performance stage where casino visitors can enjoy shows of locally and nationally recognized bands and musicians.
“This was our first time in Virginia, and we appreciate everyone on the Bristol Casino team for being so welcoming and accommodating,” Nicole said. “The crew did a great job of keeping everyone energized, focused and connected during the shoot. I think my favorite part was our time at the Roulette table.”
Working together in the commercial was a new experience for Nicole and Simmons, who have been married for six years. Nicole co-hosted two seasons of the PBS show “Tennessee Valley Uncharted” and is now working toward her information technology degree. Simmons owns his own Airbnb cleaning business, Real Clean Services.
MacLaren and Waggett appear as the other couple in the commercial.
Waggett, who has lived in Nashville for 10 years, has played in a few popular television series, including “One Tree Hill” and “The Tyra Banks Show.” He also worked as a stand-in for actor Robert Downey Jr. in “Iron Man 3.”
“Being a part of the commercial talent for the Bristol Casino was a blast,” Waggett said. “The crew was very professional and gave great direction. More importantly, they were friendly. It was one of the best sets I have been on in a long time.”
The commercial for ‘Bristol Casino – Future Home of Hard Rock’ is currently airing in Knoxville, Tennessee; Roanoke, Virginia; Greenville, South Carolina; Spartanburg, South Carolina; and Greensboro, North Carolina.
