What we make. How we make it.

From a back-of-napkin sketch to a pallet on your dock, we run every step under one Bristol, Tennessee roof — design, print, laminate, slit, convert, and ship.
Six services. One conversation. Pick what you need; we cover the rest.
Product Development

Bring us a product, a SKU sheet, or a wild idea on a napkin. Our team co-engineers the structure, the format, and the shelf strategy with you — film selection, barrier targets, recyclability, run economics, all of it.
We prototype fast: hand samples in days, press proofs in weeks, and a production-ready spec before your launch deck is final.
Graphics

Our prepress studio takes brand artwork from Illustrator to printable cylinders — color separations, trapping, plate curves, and proofs your brand team can sign off on without flying anywhere.
We hold Pantone matches across film, foil, and paper substrates and across decades-old SKUs that absolutely cannot drift.
Printing

Ten-color flexo and rotogravure presses, running film, foil, and paper. Specialty inks, registered tactile varnishes, cold-seal, metallic, matte and gloss overprint — all in scope.
Short runs of 5,000 impressions or millions per month: same press, same crew, same color standard.
Laminating / Slitting

Solventless and solvent-based laminations build the barrier your product needs without the carbon penalty. We run high-speed slitters that turn master rolls into the exact widths your fillers want.
Two-, three-, and four-ply structures. Tolerance held to the millimeter. Cores and tensions matched to your line.
Converting

Rolls become bags. Pillow bags, stand-up pouches, quad-seals, wickets, block-bottoms, bags-on-the-roll — whatever your VFFS, HFFS, or auto-bagger expects, we ship it ready to drop in.
Zippers, spouts, tear notches, hang-holes, perforated tops, and registered seals. Spec it; we'll run it.
Quality Assurance

SQF Level 3 certified. Every roll, every job, every shift — color, seal, gauge, and barrier checked against your spec, recorded, and traceable to the operator.
If something's off, we catch it before it leaves the building. That's the whole point.
