JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – Mullican Flooring, a leading manufacturer of quality hardwood floors, has provided flooring for three additional episodes of “Property Brothers,” a television series on the HGTV channel.
The first episode, “Shannon & Darl,” is scheduled to air Wednesday, March 4, at 9 p.m. EST and will feature a residential renovation project that includes flooring from Mullican’s solid, 3/4-inch-thick Muirfield Collection.
The Muirfield Collection is a four-sided, micro-beveled product protected by Mullican’s exclusive lifetime-warranty finish, CLARITAGE® Extra finish by PPG Industries, which offers durability and gloss longevity that exceeds those for other hardwood flooring products.
The second episode, “Nancy & Dave,” will air Wednesday, March 11, at 9 p.m. EST. This renovation project will feature maple graphite engineered flooring from Mullican’s San Marco Collection. This 3/8-inch-thick, hand-sculpted product is domestically produced and available in 5- and 7-inch widths and 6-foot lengths. The San Marco Collection also features Mullican’s lifetime finish.
The third episode, “Samantha & Yaron,” will air Wednesday, March 18, at 9 p.m. EST. In this renovation project, oak cordovan engineered flooring from Mullican’s Castillian Collection will be installed in the home.
The Castillian Collection is a precision manufactured 1/2-inch-thick product available in 6- and 7-inch widths. This collection is protected by Mullican’s Alpha A’Lumina Real World Finish, a third-generation aluminum oxide finish with a subtle satin look. Alpha A’Lumina is backed by a 25-year finish wear-through warranty.
“Our products are ideal for renovation projects like those featured on ‘Property Brothers,’” says Neil Poland, president of the Johnson City, Tennessee-based company. “For the current season, the show’s producers and designers explored the wide variety of Mullican’s solid and engineered collections to select the products that best enhanced each unique project. We are pleased that Mullican Flooring can play a significant role in the amazing transformations of these residential spaces.”
Now in its fourth season, “Property Brothers” features twin brothers and business partners Drew and Jonathan Scott. Drew is a seasoned real estate agent, while Jonathan is a licensed building contractor. The show shadows the duo as they work with couples to find fixer-uppers, develop a design plan, and renovate the properties into their dream homes within an established timeline and budget. Mullican’s hardwood flooring products have been featured in four additional episodes of “Property Brothers” this season.
